1.Psychic Phase

2.Psychosomatic Phase
If the stress continues to be there for a long duration then in this there is an increase in the generalized physiological symptoms.

1. Occasional hypertension
2. Sudden tremors

3.Somatic Phase
In this phase the malfunctioning of organs take place and also one begins to identify the disease state.
Symptoms
1. Brain-Targeted organ
2. Dropping blood pressure
3. Agony in brain and spine
Note: Yoga as a therapy is less effective in this phase and you may require other ways of treatment.
4. Organic Phase
This phase is marked by the full manifestation of diseases state. In a severe case, the psychological effects can arise end of life situations.

1. Ulcerated stomach
2. Chronic hypertension
3. Disease-fixed in the physical body
